The Swing iOS Mobile App is designed for business and enterprise customers. Mobile business users can access their Swing dedicated environment to store, access and organize all business files (documents, notes, videos, photos, and much more), share files with internal and external users, collaborate in real-time while ensuring enterprise data security thanks to the AES-256 encryption.

With Swing iOS Mobile App you can:
• Read, rename, copy, move, delete all the files stored in your Swing dedicated environment and send them to other App users or external users
• Display documents, photos, videos, audio files
• Automatically display previews of images and videos
• Create new folders with either encrypted or standard name
• Add any kind of data (documents, templates, photos, videos, etc) either in encrypted or in standard mode
• Encrypt or decrypt any kind of file which is already strored in your Swing dedicated environment
• Tag the most important files as ‘favorites’ to consult them offline or to find them quickly
• Use the Passcode function for an advance level of protection of single folder or to prevent access to Swing to other potential users of your iPhone or iPad
• Store files in ‘Local Archive’ where will no longer be synchronized with the Swing dedicated environment (can be used as a secure backup)
• Enable the automatic loading from the camera so the photos shots will be available on your Swing
• Enable memory optimization Swing to save space on your iPhone or iPad

This Swing iOS Mobile App requires a user account on a Swing File Sharing system (dedicated environment). This app provides mobile business users the flexibility to use their own devices to securely share information with both internal and external collaborators without compromising enterprise data security and compliance.
